1、 大樓建筑物樓板打混凝土之前,自來(lái)水管線須依規(guī)定做水壓實(shí)驗(yàn),實(shí)驗(yàn)壓力一般為10KG/平方厘米或最高使用壓力1.5倍,并應(yīng)保持1小時(shí)如無(wú)漏水可打混凝土,上述水壓試驗(yàn),一般均每層分別進(jìn)行。
2、 活套管試水壓時(shí),管線須予蓋上,如環(huán)境許可時(shí),可僅留活套頭部分不蓋土,試水前須蓋土的目的,主要為防止活套水試水壓時(shí)之脫開(kāi),如在市區(qū)因交通流量大。一般可全部蓋土后試水壓。
3、 管線施工后須分段試水壓,每段長(zhǎng)度約500-1000M,試靜水壓力為10KG/平方厘米或者最高使用壓力1.5倍,并應(yīng)保持1小時(shí)并勘察是否有漏稅現(xiàn)象,試壓的管線較高之位置與管端,應(yīng)裝設(shè)排氣閥。
4、 管線埋設(shè)須先填砂,厚度最小10CM,管子不得與石頭直接接觸。
5、 大樓樓板的電子配管以直線配管為原則,如需要彎曲時(shí),一個(gè)彎曲角度應(yīng)在90度以內(nèi),且一區(qū)間(兩接線盒間)的管線彎曲角度,合計(jì)不得超過(guò)270度,且配線長(zhǎng)度不得超過(guò)30M。
6、 電器用管與接線盒。裝配后于打混凝土?xí)r應(yīng)防止受到破壞或損傷,如有破損應(yīng)即修復(fù),以免影響往后的拉線工作。
7、 樓板內(nèi)的埋設(shè)配管,一個(gè)交叉點(diǎn)的管子,應(yīng)為2支以下,不得同一位置有3支管子相交叉。
8、 樓板打混凝作業(yè)中,水電工人員應(yīng)常駐于工地,以便處理配管上的突發(fā)時(shí)間。
9、 給水管用膠合劑不得含有毒和利于微生物生長(zhǎng)物質(zhì),不得對(duì)飲用水水質(zhì)有影響。
10、寒帶地區(qū),外露管道施工,需作防凍設(shè)施。
11、以上注意事項(xiàng)僅供參考,實(shí)際施工時(shí)請(qǐng)遵守中國(guó)工程建設(shè)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化協(xié)會(huì)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的相關(guān)的規(guī)定。
Notice ltems of PVC Piping installation:
1 Before comcreting the floor, run water pressure test on the tape water pipe line with testing water pressure retained for one hour at 10KG/CM2, nor higher than 1.5 times of the working pressure. Start concreting only when no leakages is abserved. Usually, this test is separately run by floor.
2 Earth coverage over the pipe line is required on testing the water pressure of spigot pipe, which however may be left bare only the connecting parts if working environment permits. The purpost of earth coverage is required before the test to be run un where heavy,traffice flow occura,such as in the downtown area.
3 Run the water pressure test by section for approaxi mately very 500-1000M on pipe completed, at the testing bydrostatic pressure retained for one hour at not lower that 10KG//CM2, nor higher than 1.5times of the working pressure. Pbserve for any leakage.. Provide vent walve to the pipe line at the pipe end or at where with higher elevatiaon..
4 Sand filling with layer thickness not less than 10 cm is required before the embedment of pipe line. DO ot cause the pipe to contact directly with any stone.
5 lLinear allocation governs the pipe for electric con duit on the builking floor. If bending is required,the bend angle shall not be larger than 90, and not larger than 270 in total in one area The wiring length shall not be larger than 30M.
6 Prevent the assembled pipe for electric conduit use and wiring cases from being destructed or damaged by or more pipes at the same intersection is not allowed.
7 Number for pipe at intersection embedded in the floor shall not be larger than two as illustrated below. Three or more pipes at the same intersection is not allowed.
8 Civil utilities technician shall be always available on site during the operation of concreting in case of any incident to the piping work.
9 The adhesives for PVC pipesin water works which can not include any toxins or sonmethis that was complied with microbeds to grow.and shouldn`tinfluenced with potable water.
